Shaped Plastic Cards
Our durable plastic cards can be designed to any bespoke size or shape. Our unique manufacturing process allows a much more creative element of design to feature, but still provides an exceptionally strong and practical card as a result whatever the shape. We use a unique synthetic polyester substrate that, when heated during production, forms a permanent bond with the encapsulate, giving it added strength and flexibility. The finished product is a highly durable waterproof card that can be custom-designed, printed, sealed and cut to your requirements. Available in a wide range of gauges and finished in gloss or matt they can also be individually personalised.
