Die-cutting
With our unique, custom-made, fully automated die cutter we have a capacity of 75K cards per hour - and that's fast! With less wastage, no manual feeding and improved cutting speeds, better production timescales and overall efficiency is achieved. Supported by three A1 semi-automatic platens we are extremely versatile. Platens are ideally suited as they leave no holding tags unlike cylinders. Everything is in-house to speed up the job and keep the costs down.
