Telephone Sales Account Manager
Spectrum Plastics is an award winning, well established plastic card and encapsulated print manufacturer situated in Stockport.
Due to our continued success and growth in 2010 we are looking for a special person to join our small but very successful sales team. Based on the telephone you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of plastic print and encapsulated printing products to a new and existing client base.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to join a well established organisation that is totally committed to their customers and employees with ongoing training in a friendly and comfortable environment
The job involves:
- Selling the Spectrum range of products and services to existing customers
- Dealing with incoming quote enquiries
- Chasing the quote with a view to closing the sale
- Increasing the customer base by cold calling to potential new customers
- Demonstrating excellent customer care skills and building strong customer relationships
The Ideal Applicant will:
- have previous telephone sales experience, ideally but not essential, in a print or plastics environment
- be used to working towards targets
- have great interpersonal and communication skills
- have an outgoing personality and be able to work as part of a team
